This blend is ideal during times when the body may benefit from additional support for urinary flow and soothing of occasional irritation. Marshmallow root and cornsilk provide a gentle, comforting base, while gravel root and juniper berries help encourage movement and balance.

Ingredients:
Cleavers*, Marshmallow Root*, Shavegrass*, Nettle Leaf*, Cornsilk*, Gravel Root, Juniper Berries*

Suggested Use:
Simmer 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of water for 10–15 minutes.
Strain and enjoy. Drink 2–3 cups daily as needed.
